Entry #5

Oh, I just couldn't help myself! I ate one of the cooked rabbits before I even had to, and it was so good! I know I really shouldn't have done it, but, as I said before, it was just sooo good! I would describe the taste, but I can't really describe it all that well because it is so different than anything else I have ever tasted before.

Speaking of things that happened yesterday, I couldn't do an entry in my journal because I was trying to avoid being seen all day! The reason for that is the fact that I had unknowingly walked right into the middle of a place that had a whole bunch of paths that the humans walked on that I didn't see when I had wandered in there because it had been nighttime. All day I had to run this way and that, trying my best to get out of there. I didn't even have time to stop and rest even for a second, there was so many humans. I also saw some humans with miniature wolves on ropes, and I think that one of the mini wolves scented me, but the humans holding the ropes stopped them from getting away.

Anyway, right now I am in the topmost branches of a gigantic tree, although I can't figure out which type of tree it is. I think I will rest here until tomorrow, and then continue my journey. Below me is a group of around fifteen fairies. They are playing a game hide and seek, and there is one that is particularly good, and finds the most interesting hiding spots. I'd better go to sleep now, even though the fairies are fun to watch. There is just too much traveling up ahead to risk being tiered.
